Ahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!

This picture made me laugh when I saw it because I have wanted to do this so many times this week. These next 2 weeks for me business wise are already hectic enough. Let alone they want to change and make thing difficult for me like product not arriving to a new store opening! Dates getting pushed around - IS crew can't make it out to my revision on that day...I had 2 people quit and a girl put in her 2 week notice yesterday which is in the Target that I can't seem to get someone in there. I need to hire people in Lafayette so bad. It's ridiculous.

The weather here has been great. I can't enjoy it. I want to start working out again and I have been getting home late each night. The next 2 days since revisions got pushed around will be make up calls day.

However, I did get my sales numbers for March - they are thru the roof. I was shocked. I was 117.9% over forecast in Everyday line and 110% up overall and that includes seasonal. I didn't want to be that high, because it I start out really high at the beginning, I could max out on my bonus and then end up having to pay the company back if they paid me too much at year end. I hate the fact that there is a max out on the bonus such.

I'm waiting on my yearly review that should be happening anytime now. But we probably won't get to them until May when its less hectic.

I want to re-train everyone in the territory in May. That should be interesting. Everyone is excited about it though. I'll tell you how it goes. Hope all is well with everyone else! Keep in touch.
